The panoply of emotions astounded her mind
Amazement at the way time had been kind …..
Happiness on feasting her eyes after all these years
The strength of love hurting her, bringing tears
…..
As their eyes met today, through the airport glass,
It was as if their souls had, twenty years ago, in that class!!
Disbelief, love, joy, trust, but gratitude a constant
A panoply of memories, flashing by, in an instant!
