The undulating waves of life do fox me true
Unpredictable, they make me go hues of blue
Starting from birth the agendas seem
To bounce me on waves as they deem
The souls I meet along life’s dusty paves
The friends or foes I make, the feisty waves
Each touching me, reaching out on unpredictable days
Changing me, moulding me, in unknown ways
As each wave recedes, meets another and changes direction
So I meet these and life makes an unpredictable connection
A lil of me they carry and a lil of them I make my own
Changing thus forever my destiny and my destination
