The Wait

waiting girl

I wait for a word you never can say

I wait for a sign keeping fears at bay

I wait on a road you never take

I wait for a call you never make

I wait for a love that maybe, never was

I wait for a message, just because

Waiting for a line that you never throw

Waiting, a tough job I never outgrow

Waiting is just not my cup of tea

Waiting is for the stronger, maybe

Me? With waiting I’m over and done

Rather than let my mind come undone

“Good things come to those who wait”

A cliche, if unlucky ones take the bait!

Waiting Room : “Good things come to those who wait.” Do you agree? How long is it reasonable to wait for something you really want?

all good things
                 DOES IT???

Yeah, Saya…. mixed mood-like the prompt… waiting makes you eager, anxious or sombre depending on what one is waiting for , dont you agree? 🙂 😀

Nice one. A reflection of your mood at that point in time?? Wonder what caused it to be so??
